Kingdom was a general admission, standing-room concert venue located in Shockoe Bottom, Richmond, VA. The venue had a capacity of approximately 500 people and featured an open floor plan with no assigned seating. The stage was positioned at one end of the room, with the entire main floor open for standing attendees. This intimate layout made every spot feel close to the performers. Best areas: Center floor, mid-distance from stage for optimal sound and sightlines. Areas to note: Near the back or side walls could be more crowded during sold-out shows. Please note that Kingdom has been closed since January 2014.
